Shopping Commentary
It was another week of not using a coupon. And to be honest, it was a little bit liberating. However, when I see what my monthly total is so far, it is a little scary. Most of the items I’ve purchased have been either fresh or “we need” them. I can see shopping like this for long periods of time would kill my budget.
I’m still always amazed at how much I can get at ALDI for the money. However, I screwed up and bought the wrong kind of bouillon so I’ll have to go back some other time this month.
And the blackberries from the Hen House CSA – AMAZING.
What about you? Are you shopping with coupons less this month? Have any amazing deals I should know about? Leave me a comment.

We love the splenda knock-off sweetner. My husband likes it more then the name brand. We have purchased tons from them, even their knock off crystal lite ice tea tastes better. What did you find out about the milk price?
Milk was $2.29 at my store.
Be aware that the Costco organic broccoli is from China. I confirmed it.
That is why it is such a good price I don’t trust anything labeled,”organic” and “made in China”.
