FYI, the BOGO coupons say on them not to be combined with any other coupons.
Not possible. Besides what Rebe said, you can’t use 2 manufacturer coupons for 1 item. 5 of the items don’t count and you’re already using 5 coupons. Explain how it is legal to use 2 add’l coupons.

You are buying 10 candles, not five. So you would be able to use the coupons I outlined because you have coupons attached to nine items.
As far as the “to not be used with other offers” – this may be a store-by-store basis. I have used SC Johnson coupons (maker of Glade) in scenarios like this before without any problems. However, a cashier may be a stickler about the verbiage.
It doesn’t say to not be used with other offers, it specifically states “Cannot be combined with any other coupon.” I have no problem using a bogo coupon and a $/1 when the coupon doesn’t prohibit it, but these bogo coupons say not to. It is still a great deal without the extra off after bogo.
