Price Chopper “Try Me Free” Rebate Form

Try Me Free Price Chopper Rebate

In the Price Chopper Coupon Deals for the week, I mentioned there is a new “Try Me Free” promotion. You can download the Price Chopper Try Me Free Rebate Form here.

Here are some details to help you with your shopping trip:

There are more than two dozen products eligible for rebates, and rebate amounts range from $1.99 to $3.50 per product. You must purchase the items in a single transaction between 6/19/2013 and 6/25/2013, and can get back up to $65 based on which participating new General Mills products you try.

You’ll need to fill the form out completely, and include:

  • Your original Price Chopper store receipt dated between 6/19/2013 and 6/25/13, with the products identified.
  • The original UPC codes cut from the package(s)
  • Your Price Chopper REWARDS card number
  • Your rebate must be postmarked by 7/9/13 and received by 7/16/13.

  1. Carrie Fosher says:

Can we do this one if we already did the Hen House one last week? Hate to be greedy, but hate to turn down free, too! LOL

  2. I wish they had a number to call and confirm regarding comment above. My Hen House one is “Hen House Try Me Free $58″ and this one is titled “Price Chopper Try Me Free $65″ Titles are different and P.O. Box is different (same zip). It isn’t a gamble I would be willing to make. It was fun to try some new products for free!

  3. I contact GM w/ the following question: “….Last week my local Hen House did the “Try Me Free” promotion. I bought a few items and am submitting the rebate. This week, my local “Price Chopper” is doing the promotion. It has a different dollar value, different mailing address on the rebate form, etc. My question is this: Can I do both? or are they considered the same? ….”

I received a reply within a few hours which states: “Thank you for contacting General Mills regarding our promotional offer.

The two different In Store Try Me Free Rebate offers are separate offers. You may participate in both offers, as the offers are not the same.

If there is anything else we can do concerning this matter, please let us know.

    Thank you.
