Cast-Iron Veggie Pizza

As meat has gotten more and more expensive, we’ve started eating more and more vegetarian meals.

This Cast-Iron Veggie Pizza recipe satisfies several of my cravings – pizza, savory veggies, and cheese.

(You don’t need to have a cast-iron pan to complete this recipe. However, after cooking with them over the last few months, I’m wondering why it took me so long to convert. Even heat. Easy clean up. Arm workout. My favorite is this Lodge 12-Inch Pre-Seasoned Skillet.)
